70cl / 42% / Distillery Bottling – After an initial maturation in bourbon barrels, a proportion of this exceptional old Dalmore was filled into Matusalem sherry casks from Bodegas Gonzales Byass. The influence of this dark, intense oloroso sherry brings notes of chocolate, walnut wine and prunes to a palate of baked apples and preserved fruit.
