70cl / 57.3% / Gordon & MacPhail – This is a classic Speyside in every way, weighty and sherried with notes of dried apples and raspberries, hazelnuts and chocolate. This whisky was distilled at Macallan in 2005 and aged in a refill sherry butt for 18 years at G&M’s warehouses in Elgin.
