70cl / 46% / Distillery Bottling – This 15-year-old single malt from Speyside distillery was matured in ex-bourbon casks, which allows for the orchard fruit and malt notes to unfold in the glass. You can expect notes of pearl barley, pear drops and caramel, underpinned by soft baking spices.
